How do I return an item?

If you would like to process an exchange, you may do so by emailing certainlysouthern0@gmail.com with the subject line 'return'. We will ship to the same shipping address listed on the original order unless otherwise noted. If the item requested is not in stock at the time the return is received, we will refund your original form of payment.

Please allow 3 weeks from return shipment date for a return or exchange to be processed.

All purchases made of monogrammed, personalized, special-order, and final sale items are final. No refunds or store credits are available on any of these purchases. Please be aware that Certainly Southern reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.

To ensure that we can efficiently process your refund, please make sure your return meets the requirements below:
  • Certainly Southern gladly accepts returns of unwashed, unused merchandise for a full refund within 15 days of purchase
  • Please note: All returns will be charged a $7.00 re-stocking fee.
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment (PayPal, Credit Card, or Gift Card).
  • Returned items must have original tags attached and must be accompanied by the packing slip associated with your order.
  • Returned orders received at our warehouse without paperwork will be issued a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item or items.
