How do I return an item?
If you would like to process an exchange, you may do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line 'return'. We will ship to the same shipping address listed on the original order unless otherwise noted. If the item requested is not in stock at the time the return is received, we will refund your original form of payment.
Please allow 3 weeks from return shipment date for a return or exchange to be processed.
All purchases made of monogrammed, personalized, special-order, and final sale items are final. No refunds or store credits are available on any of these purchases. Please be aware that Certainly Southern reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.
